The Final Results

Well here they are! My before and afters of my second 12-week Turbulence Training Transformation Contest! I'm very proud of completing another 12 weeks and would like to thank everyone who supported me during this time! I lost 13 lbs and 5% body fat (according to my scale). I also completed my goals of 37 push ups in one minute and 10 chin ups!



I feel fantastic! Stay tuned as I am working on completing a video about my TT experience and will post it here when it is done.

Can you tell us which nutrition program you followed mainly? PN, Eat Stop Eat or something else? I apologize if I missed it. Again, all the best, these are great!

Thanks!! I didn't follow a specific nutrition program per se. Kind of a conglomerate of PN, Eating for Life, and Jillian Michaels. I used recipes from all 3 of those books. Basically, I ate complex carbs, lots of protein and cut out most of the junk!

Interesting. So, no specific calorie count, protein/carb ration, etc? That's awesome. I think this may be an eye-opener. One last thing... 6 meals a day or no?

I did monitor my calories by using fitday. For the most part, I pretty much stayed between 1500 and 2000 calories per day with my carbs between 30 and 40%. Not that I plan that - it's just what it ends up being. When I did TT for Mass, I stayed nearer to 2000 calories since I was trying to gain muscle. And 6 meals a day? Definitely.
