For th...I did monitor my calories by using fitday. For the most part, I pretty much stayed between 1500 and 2000 calories per day with my carbs between 30 and 40%. Not that I plan that - it's just what it ends up being. When I did TT for Mass, I stayed nearer to 2000 calories since I was trying to gain muscle. And 6 meals a day? I didn't follow a specific nutrition pro...Thanks!! I didn't follow a specific nutrition program per se. Kind of a conglomerate of PN, Eating for Life, and Jillian Michaels. I used recipes from all 3 of those books.
