What a difference a week makes in the weather. It was 35 degrees and foggy this morning! So different from the ice and cold of last Friday. Man, I feel so much better today. My throat is still quite sore, but the body aches have pretty much disappeared. Makes such a difference!! I just feel like a million bucks today! I was so excited to go to the gym, I got there 5 minutes early. Then I spent 5 minutes talking to someone about TT so it all evened out. :)
This morning I completed Turbulence Training for Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks, workout C. This workout has a funny name, but it's no joke! Took me 27:30 this morning. I shaved 2 minutes off my time from last week. I think the day off yesterday and the extra sleep did wonders for me. I felt so...liberated this morning. Kind of a funny word for it, but my body just felt so free from the aches and pains. It felt great!!
Just a reminder, you can now purchase most of the TT workouts individually. So if you are interested in fat loss, you could peruse the Fat Loss Workouts. If you are interested in muscle building, you could check out the Muscle Building Workouts. Or you could just check them all out HERE, including the new March Madness Workout!
Have a great day!!

Glad to hear you're feeling better, Abby...being sick is always a drag.
One quick question: I've used the original TT workout from about a year ago that I bought on a limited membership...if you were to pick just one workout to buy, which would you choose?
You're recommendation is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Goodness! You want me to narrow to only one?! ;)
Well, it depends on what your goals are.
If you are going for muscle building, I would hands down recommend TT for Muscle (Sept 2006). I've not yet used the Meathead workouts, but I have heard good things.
If you are going for fat loss, the original TT for Abs (Sept 2007) is awesome, as is TT for Amazing Lower Abs (April 2008) and my current workout - TT for Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks (February 2009).
Buff Dudes/Hot Chicks has extra supersets if you want more muscle, so that one may be able to go both ways.
If you like more bodyweight exercises, TT Bodyweight 500 (October 2007) is a good one.
You didn't really think I could narrow it down to just one, did you? :)
Thanks Abby! I just looked on my laptop and I actually have the TT for Meatheads and the TT for Abs...not sure which I'll try...(my wife often looks at me with a look on her face that makes me think she's thinking: "What a meathead...", so maybe I'll try that one...)
As much as I'm not crazy about the title "Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks" ("Buff Old Dudes..." is more like it...lol) I think I'll probably get that one. I like the idea of doing stuff 'for time'.
I appreciate the feedback! Thanks again!
No problem! Although it's not required to keep time on workout C of BDHC, I'm just really competitive and like to see if I'm improving every week. :)
Thanks again, Abby...I opted for the TT for Abs since fat loss is my #1 goal at this point.
