Alright! I am honored to play along.
Technically speaking, Afterburn II is the closet book to me but it doesn't have 123 pages. The next closest is the "Cub Scout Tiger Cub Handbook" which does indeed have a page 123. Interestingly, the 5th sentence suddenly ends in the abyss bringing me to sentence 1 on page 124:

Alrighty... my closest book is a Mae Nunn book called Sealed with a Kiss. Turning to page 123 and counting down to # 5 it reads...
